Sanjiv Waeerkar: He founded Ice Candy to meet the growing demand for original Indian content in the media and entertainment industries, and is currently its director. Sanjiv Waeerkar has 25 years of expertise in the animation industry and is an experienced animator. He co-founded UTV Toons with Ronnie Screwvala and was a forerunner in the Indian outsourcing of animation. After a decade of delivering animation TV series projects with the best of producers (Disney, Dreamworks, TV 12 Singapore, etc.), he moved on to work on the three 3D animation feature films “Arjun the Warrior Prince,”, ”Dream Blanket, “and “Alibaba and the 41 Thieves.” All produced by UTV toons. The most significant animation organization in India, TASI, was founded by Sanjiv. He has been a leader and front-runner for the Indian animation society.
